How I Will Definitively Regrow My Hair

Hey there!

I'm assuming you're here because, for one thing, to claim to be able to definitively regrow one's hair is a pretty bold claim and that must have sparked your interest.

You probably REALLY doubt that I'll have success, but deep down you HOPE I do. Because that means there's hope for you too...

Well, let me get two things out of the way off the bat.

1. You will never FULLY believe me when you see my results... nobody ever does. In the hair loss and regrowth world seeing isn't believing. Seeing, touching, inspecting, and researching the subject's medical history to ensure no hair transplant was ever performed is believing.

2. You ALREADY have hope!

You're losing your hair right?

Well, I have been too. For the past 13 years my hairs have been thinning out and quite frankly, it drove me just to the brink of insanity for a while. I was completely desperate and I tried all the drugs doctors prescribe as soon you tell them "I'm thinning".

Rogaine (minoxidil), Propecia (finasteride), Avodart (dustasteride), topical Aldactone (spironolactone), topical ketoconazole, topical Azelaic Acid etc. etc. etc.

I can go on for pages listing the thing I tried.

Some worked, some didn't do a thing, ALL of them brought their side effects. Some were REALLY bad side effects.

Eventually I ditched them all and found what REALLY works.

1. Your diet

It's the absolute truth. It's not as simple as "eat healthy and your hair will stop falling out". I ate "healthy" for years, yet my hair loss worsened more and more, as did my confidence, my attitude towards life, and even my will to live. (It seems crazy to think that something as useless as hair can do do such horrible things to a person, but it was a reality).

After experimenting with extreme diets (raw vegan, zero carb, all beef, all juice) and so on, I found what I believe is the BEST thing to do for health, hair, and mind. It's a combination of the Specific Carbohydrate Diet, GAPS Diet, and some other somewhat well known approached to diet, but it's mine. And your diet will be yours too. After adhering to a few principals you can tailor it however you like to find your optimal diet.

And guess what... when I stick to this way of eating my hair loss STOPS. My scalp gets healthier, my mind gets clearer, my muscles (and erections) get stronger, and my skin gets clearer.

2. Sweating

You have to sweat. In fact it's the only way to efficiently detox some toxins. It will help clear your scalp and skin as well and allow hair to grow healthily.

I use a portable infrared sauna box and try to get in some vigorous workouts here and there.

3. Massage your head

It really works. This is something I'm going to get deeper into, but essentially is breaks up fibrosis (micro scarring / scar tissue) as well as calcium deposits, and sebum, allowing for more freely groing hair.

4. A great scalp clarifying shampoo

I use Jasons Dandruff Shampoo with sulfur and salicylic acid. It's worked consistently for me for a long time and I will continue to use so long as it does.


That's all I'm going to mention for now, although I'll be implementing other techniques as well. These are some of the big guns in my regimen.

I've STOPPED my hair loss many times and let it go many times as well. This time I'm reversing it to the point that I can prove to you and anyone else who reads this that you CAN stop and reverse hair loss by natural means.
